The Laguna Beach alliance for the arts held their annual art stars awards at {seven-degrees} in Laguna Beach on April 1st, 2011. The visionary arts award was given to local legend Lee Rocker ( Stray Cats ) – who also delivered the keynote address. The one-of-a-kind awards were designed by renowned bronze sculptor Louis Longi. Winners included LCAD president Dennis Power and artist Scott Moore.
